I've only ordered jeans from Gap, but they offer up to 37" inseams online. I love the jeans, the fit, and the quality. If you watch the website, you can usually find good sale prices...they usually sell out of the mid-range sizes (size 6 - 16) quickly.

I've been doing business with Alloy & Delias for three years. Both companies use the same customer service company....Recently, service has been HORRIBLE.

In August I placed an order with Delia's, received the order confirmation email, and emailed the three times within 3 weeks when I hadn't received shipping information. No response to my emails, so I called them & found out that they lost my order....it couldn't be located in their system even though their system had sent me the confirmation email. They told me to reorder, but they couldn't honor the discount code used three weeks earlier. I reordered and it took two weeks to process...then when they shipped the order it was the wrong merchandise. I sent it back for exchange and they charged me for shipping again.

In September I placed an order with Alloy, received the order confirmation email, and called them after not receiving shipping information within 2 weeks. They had lost that order as well. I didn't bother reordering.

Both companies sell long jeans in Junior sizes, which is great for my teenager. She loves the jeans & I really hate to tell her that we can't order from them any more, but their service isn't reliable. I'm trying to find a new store or two that offers junior sizes in 36' inseam.
