Small Tall Sizes

I'm curious why more manufacturers don't offer clothes in Small Tall (and to a lesser extent Medium Tall sizes, which is becoming pretty common).

Small Tall sizes fit me perfectly. Medium Tall fit me reasonably well, but usually I need to get button up shirts tailored to fit at the waist.

So far the only two businesses I've found offering shirts in Small Tall sizes Gap and Old Navy.

The Gap offers:
- T-Shirts: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do...5&actFltr=true
(Everything, but the color brown is sold out)

Old Navy offers:
- Two Oxford Shirts: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/catego...1565,&sortBy=0
(I swear they used to offer t-shirts as well)

I know that these manufacturers are making decisions like this based on whether there is a demand.

How can we let them know there IS in fact a demand? It can't cost them that much considering it's only something that is only offered online.

Thoughts?

What fit of jeans do you wear?

I'd recommend finding a store nearby where you'll be able to find a wide range of jeans. Something like Ross. They don't necessarily need to fit perfectly, but grab a range of jeans in different fits, maybe fits you've never tried on before.

Try on all those jeans in front a full length mirror standing back from the mirror as much as you can. See what you think. I was shocked when I noticed how much better certain fits looked on me.

You could bring your sandals and any other pair of shoes you are curious about.

Have you considered giving custom jeans a try?

I got so tired of trying to find jeans that fit me well that now I just order custom skinny straight fit jeans from MakeYourOwnJeans.com. With all the measurements they allow you to provide they fit almost perfectly. And you can't argue with $45 a pair.

What fit of jeans do you wear?

For the longest time I wore really baggy or even bootcut jeans thinking they looked the best. I also liked how the wide ~20 inch leg opening fit over my size 12 shoes.

Recently I've started wearing slim straight leg or tapered jeans and I'm amazed at how much better they look. When you're tall and thin really baggy jeans just make your upper body look smaller, whereas a good fitting straight fit or tapered makes you look proportional.
